TWO NEW MANAGING DIRECTORS FOR IMPORTANT MAPAL SUBSIDIARIES ABROAD

Important key positions at the MAPAL Group newly filled: With Conrado Couto Diniz, a new Managing Director has been appointed for the Italian MAPAL subsidiary, while Dr. Piotr Tyczynski will take over the same position in Poland. 

On January 1, 2025, Conrado Couto Diniz, previously Managing Director of MAPAL do Brasil, will take over the same position at MAPAL Italia. With his extensive industry experience and proven leadership skills, Conrado Diniz is ideally equipped to drive the further development of MAPAL Italy.  

In his new role, he succeeds Claudio Gabos, who has been part of the MAPAL Executive Team (MET) as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) since July 2024 and is responsible for the MAPAL Group’s global sales strategy. 

To ensure a smooth transition until a new Managing Director is announced, Conrado Diniz will also remain Managing Director in Brazil. 

Dr Piotr Tyczynski changes position from heading the aerospace segment to Managing Director of MAPAL Poland 

In another important market, there is also a change at the head of the MAPAL subsidiary from January 1, 2025: Dr Piotr Tyczynski, former Global Head of Segment Management Aerospace & Composites, is Managing Director of MAPAL Poland from January 1, 2025. He succeeds Aleksander Zielonka, who recently took his well-deserved retirement.  

Dr Piotr Tyczynski has extensive industry experience from various management positions and has played a decisive role in MAPAL’s successful development in the aerospace industry in his previous responsibilities. Due to his proven expertise and leadership qualities, Tyczynski will make a significant contribution to the further development of MAPAL Poland.
